1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pk1947.asia, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any product or service offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the pk1947 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

3 Account Registration & Management

Each individual may only hold one active player account on pk1947. 4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your pk1947 account balance instantly. Bank transfers may take one to two business days to process. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing

4.4 Incomplete Wagering

Requests to withdraw funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements will not be processed until those requirements are met, or until the bonus is forfeited. 5 Bonuses and Promotions

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk1947 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from gambling activity, technical failures, delays in processing transactions, or any unauthorised access to your account attributable to your failure to maintain password security.

pk1947 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of maintenance, technical outage, or any interruption caused by third-party service providers including payment networks and game studios.

10 Responsible Gaming
